What arrives at the table.
Private dining in the Cask Room
The Cask Room seats 12 to 24 guests for family-style wood-fired feasts. Full restaurant buyouts accommodate up to 75 seated guests.
Where a large table fits
The Cask Room
A brick-walled room behind the wood hearth with one solid walnut feasting table, the old wine casks, and a server and sommelier who stay with you all night.
The Mezzanine
The loft over the hearth and the main dining room. Built for standing receptions with passed wood-fired pintxos, and it seats family style too.
The whole place
Dining room, zinc bar and garden patio, yours for the evening, on a menu you write with Chef Rosa Delgado.
Feasting packages
Courses come down the middle of the table on hand-thrown platters, and keep coming until people stop reaching.
Four courses served down the center of the table: house sourdough, crudo, whole roasted pasture chickens, cast-iron sides, and warm olive oil cake.
Five custom courses featuring dry-aged beef short ribs, wood-fired seafood, curated Spanish wine pairings, and private sommelier service.
