Current records have to be on file before drop-off so every guest in the lodge stays healthy.

Rabies (1-year or 3-year)

All Dogs & Cats (over 16 weeks)

State of Maine legal requirement. Proof from licensed veterinarian required.

DHPP / DA2PP (Distemper/Parvo)

All Dogs

Current booster or documented protective antibody titer test within 12 months.

Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

Administered at least 7 days prior to boarding or group play.

FVRCP (Feline Distemper)

Current veterinary certificate required before condo check-in.

Boarding check-in requirements

Please send current records before arrival and bring only the food, medication, and comfort items your pet needs. We review every stay request before confirming it.

Current records approved before check-in

Email vaccination records at least 48 hours before arrival. We cannot accept a pet whose required vaccines are not documented.

New guests complete a temperament review

A short daytime visit helps us choose the right suite, play plan, and handling approach before an overnight stay.

Meals and medication arrive labeled

Pack pre-portioned food and written medication directions. Please bring medications in their original containers.

Check-in and pickup windows matter

Boarding check-in is 2:00 to 5:30 PM. Pickup is by 11:00 AM, with a late pickup day-care add-on available when space permits.
