What is in our kitchen
Our bakery processes wheat, rye, dairy, eggs, tree nuts (almonds, pecans), and sesame seeds. All traditional breads are made with wheat and rye flours and contain gluten. They are not suitable for individuals with celiac disease or severe wheat allergies. We are not a certified gluten-free kitchen.
