Pixel Pulse LLC
Terms of Service
Last updated September 2, 2026. A signed proposal or Nova checkout beats this page on that job. Email hello@pixelpulsellc.net if something here does not match what you were quoted.
What this covers
These terms apply when you use pixelpulsegroup.com (our marketing site), pixelpulsenova.com and *.pixelpulsenova.com (Nova starter sites and the customer account), the free site report, a proposal link we send you, or when you hire us.
Two different products
Service work is scoped and priced in writing: WordPress cleanup and Care, custom sites and apps, automation, SEO retainers, presence reviews. Care at $149/mo is for a site you already run. It is not Nova.
Nova is a starter site you publish yourself on a subdomain we host. Free to publish. The paid plan ($12 a month per site) is for your own domain, removing the "Built with Nova by Pixel Pulse" line in the footer, and Signature motion and video where the design has them. Nova is not our Care plan, not custom software, and not a ranking or security product.
Service work
Work starts after a written scope and a number you accept. What is in, what is out, and what “done” means live in that document. New work needs a new written change. Payment terms are in the proposal (deposit, milestones, or monthly Care). Late or missing payment can pause the work.
After you pay for a deliverable, you own that deliverable as described in the proposal. Repos, DNS, and service accounts stay in your name unless the proposal says otherwise. We may show anonymized work unless you tell us in writing not to. Named case studies need your permission.
We do not guarantee search rankings, zero downtime, or that a site will never be hacked. We do the work in the scope. Incident cleanup is a snapshot of what we found and fixed then, not a forever warranty.
Nova starter sites
You are responsible for the content you publish. Do not use Nova for illegal activity, malware, phishing, or content we have to take down under law. We can suspend or remove a tenant that breaks this, with or without notice if we have to.
You can leave at any time. We do not provide a download of the site files; the text and image links you typed in are yours and you can reuse them anywhere. Hosting on our subdomain is not a transfer of your copyright in your own copy and images. The templates remain ours; your filled-in business content is yours.
We are not a bank, a money transmitter, or your registered agent.
Nova subscriptions
The paid plan is $12 a month per site, billed through Stripe. It renews automatically each month on the date you first paid, until you cancel.
Cancel. Cancel from the Billing button in your account, which opens Stripe's customer portal. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for; the site keeps the paid features until then and returns to the free plan after. Your content and the pixelpulsenova.com address stay.
Refund. Ask within 14 days of the first charge and we refund it in full. Email us from the account's email address with the site address. Later charges are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time.
Failed payment. If a charge fails, nothing changes for 7 days: the paid features stay on while Stripe retries the card, and we send you one email. Fix the card in the Billing portal. After 7 days without a payment we pause the site and visitors see a short notice. It comes back on its own as soon as a payment goes through. We do not delete a site for non-payment.
Prices can change for new subscriptions.
Your data
Email hello@pixelpulsellc.net from the address on the account to have a site, the account, or both deleted. We remove the site files, the site record and your details, and confirm by email. Backups are kept for up to 30 days and then the data is gone from those too. Stripe keeps billing records under its own rules. The privacy policy says what we collect in the first place.
Free site report
The public scan reads one URL you paste. It is a technical snapshot, not a legal, forensic, or monitoring product, and not a complete security audit. Findings can be wrong or incomplete. Repair is a separate paid job if you hire us.
Proposals
A proposal link is valid until the date on it. Opening the link is not acceptance. Acceptance is what the proposal says (email, signature, or payment).
Acceptable use of these sites
Do not attack, scrape in a way that knocks us over, or try to access admin, other people’s Nova sites, or proposal tokens that were not issued to you.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. For a given job, our total liability is the amount you paid us for that job in the twelve months before the claim. Nova’s free tier is provided as-is.
Ending a job
Either side can end an engagement in writing. You pay for work already done. Unused prepaid Care is handled in that Care agreement. We can refuse or stop work that is illegal, unpaid, or outside the scope.
Changes
We can update this page. The date at the top is the current version. A signed proposal is not rewritten by a later website change unless you agree.
Law
Pixel Pulse LLC. United States law, except where a signed agreement names a specific state. If a court finds one clause unusable, the rest still applies.
